Alora Collection aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.

Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. Therefore, if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.


If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact us: info@alora-collection.com.

 

Return

For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 3 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order. Please contact info@alora-collection.com to initiate the return.

Please ensure that the Return Slip is included in the parcel, and that the item(s) have not been worn and are in their original packaging. The item(s) must be returned to our returns address within 3 days(local), 14 days(international) upon receiving the item(s):

What is your method of payment available?

We are offering Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.

A. Cash on Delivery (COD) - meet up and pay cash upon delivery

B. Bank Transfer - Payment are made through Money Transfer into our bank account

*We are still working on to have Visa / Mastercard on our website for convenient purpose. 

 

What is the cost of shipping?

Local - We charge $3 below $50 total payment (Door to Door). However, if buyer prefer to MP, we can refund the $3 during meeting up.

International - We charge $10 worldwide shipment

 

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by ePacket/EMS/Other (depending on location)

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

 

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. For Brunei (Local), 1-2 days. For international, our estimates 2-4 weeks*.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 days processing time.

 **It may arrived late (4-6th week) especially during the holiday seasons.

 

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
